Mount Mitchell Craft Fair Vendor Application
Crafts Fair Application

Apply online now for the 69th Annual Mount Mitchell Crafts Fair being held August 1 and 2, 2025.

​Your application, photos, and menu with pricing (where applicable) must be submitted by April 30, 2025 with a $30.00 non-refundable processing fee (plus 3% credit card fee). 

 

This is a juried show. Application does not guarantee acceptance into the fair. For Jurying Criteria, please email "info@YanceyChamber.com". Applicants will be notified of jury results by May 7th. Applicants not initially selected may be placed on a waiting list for future consideration. All jury decisions are final. 

You will be notified of jury decision BY EMAIL to the email supplied on your application. If accepted, details regarding how to submit booth payment online via PayPal or credit card will be included. Full booth fee is required within 15 days of receiving your acceptance email or you will forfeit the booth space. Do not submit full booth fees with this initial application. 

 

Vendors can pay their application fees and booth rental fees online electronically through PayPal. We accept PayPal and credit/debit card payments. If paying through PayPal, you will be taken to PayPal to complete your application transaction when you submit the form. To pay by credit card, please contact the Yancey Chamber of Commerce at 828.682.7413. There will be a $1.50 fee added to all pay pal payments and a 3% processing fee added to all other credit card payments.

 

You will receive an electronic invoice for booth rental fees after your application has been accepted. Mail-in applications are welcome, but must be received no later than April 30, 2025. Please contact the Chamber office at (828) 682-7413 to receive an application by email.​

Reserve your Mount Mitchell Crafts Fair booth today!

Description of Product(s)*

Please list all products that will be sold. Products not listed may not be sold during the Crafts Fair, and you may be asked to remove them from your booth.

  • Photo Upload

    To maintain the Mount Mitchell Crafts Fair's focus on original handmade products, photo submissions are required. Please provide the following: 1) A photo of your booth or food truck exterior (front view). 2) Three photos of your product(s). 3) At least one current photo of yourself creating your product(s). Photos are mandatory, even for returning vendors. Do not send duplicates of previously submitted photos. Applications without photos will not be processed.

  • Application Processing Fee of $30 is required and non-refundable.

  • Late submissions will not be accepted.

  • Please do not send booth fees until you receive an acceptance letter from the Crafts Fair Committee.

  • Once accepted, the full booth fee is due within 15 days of acceptance email's issuance. Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your booth space.

  • A 3% processing fee will apply to all credit card payments.
